1. How do you assure the quality?
Attaching great importance to quality controlling , we check every step from raw material to the finished luggage one by one to make sure bags in good quality.
2. What about the lead time for mass production?
It mainly depends on your order quantity and the season when you place the order. Generally, we recommend you make an inquiry about two months before you expect to receive the products in your country.
3. Do you provide samples? Is there a fee?
Sample orders are available, but samples are not free. The sample fee will be 100% refunded once you place a bulk order later.
4. How to pay deposit and balance?
Trade assurance for mass production orders and samples. 30% deposit and 70% balance.
5. How can you ship the bags ?
You can choose express /air freight /sea freight ,if you don't have your own forwarder , we can quota you the best price and get the biggest discount from our own agent.
