2. Do you provide samples? Is there a fee?
Sample orders are available, but samples are not free. The sample fee will be 100% refunded once you place a bulk order later.
3. Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes,we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds.
4. How to ship the goods?
For bulk orders by sea normally, sometimes by air if the goods need very urgent. And for samples by Express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, base on customers detailed demands.
5. How to pay deposit and balance?
